  3. A UNDP-NIRD sponsored project through Central University Hyderabad titled Dispute Resolution in scheduled V areas of Madhya Pradesh.
  4. A study on Forest head-loaders in North Seoni Forest division.

Innovative Initiatives

  1. Creation of FPO for Custard Apple under ODOP in Seoni District at Bhoot bhandani of Chapara Block registered under Company’s Act encompassing 334 farmers.
  2. Similarly, the constitution of FPO for the Vermicompost SHGs (1000 members) of Barghat (Seoni) has been initiated with NABARD
  3. The concept of “Community based Wildlife Conservation through Ecotourism” has been initiated in the Tiger Reserves of Chhattisgarh
  4. Establishment of “Livelihoods & Entrepreneurship Institute” and “Vermitechnology Resource Centre”
  5. Facilitation of Carbon Credit to the farmers for bamboo plantations

Livelihood Entrepreneurship Development Program (LEDP)

  1. Need of NGO involvement for sustainability of Joint Forest Management at Harda Forest division. Along with 3 IFS officers, SFS officers and NGO workers and published a newsletter “Aranya Jyoti”
  2. Training of Forest Guard, Forester, Dy. Ranger on Forest law, PRA, Microplanning,Joint Forest Management in Bhopal and Hoshangabad Forest divisions.
  3. Training of Forest Fire guards at Keolari forest range in Seoni
  4. Training of Gram Swaraj to members of Panchayati Raj Institution at Chhapara block, Seoni
  5. Training of Animators of Self-Help Groups in all blocks of Seoni district.
  6. Training for ADEOs of Morena district on PRA based implementation of Swarna Jayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojna
  7. Many workshops and training on SGSY, NRLM, WSHG, Financial literacy, Self Help Groups etc.
